1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product, size, or color.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Altered or tailored garments.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, or damage.
• Products without original tags or packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@atsson.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product.
3. Our team will review the request within 48 hours.
4. Once approved, pickup instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

• Online Payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues
• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Customers may initiate a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
