Welcome to ATSSON. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of atsson.com and to every order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping page.

2. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to give accurate and complete information when you create an account or place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe and for all activity on your account.
- You must not misuse the website, for example by placing fake orders, attempting to access it without permission, or copying its content.
3. Products and colours
- Our garments are handcrafted, so small variations in embroidery, weave or finish are a natural part of the craft and are not defects.
- We try to show colours as accurately as possible, but the colour you see may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the lighting used in photography.
- Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery is available only for orders up to ₹10,000. We may call or message you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch, and may cancel it if we cannot confirm it.
5. Orders
- After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; it is accepted when we dispatch it.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once it has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it if it is eligible under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Shipping and delivery
- We currently deliver within India only.
- Delivery times shown are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, holidays or other events outside our control may occur.
- Please check the package when you receive it. If it is damaged or tampered with, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customised, made-to-order and altered garments cannot be returned.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the ATSSON name and logo, designs, product photographs, text and graphics, belongs to ATSSON or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ATSSON is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when the order was placed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Raigad, Maharashtra.
