This Privacy Policy explains how ATSSON (“ATSSON”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit atsson.com or buy from us. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, and billing and shipping addresses when you place an order or create an account.
- Your messages, order number and any photos or videos you send when you contact us, use the contact form, or request a return or exchange.
- Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Information collected automatically
- Your order history, cart and wishlist.
- Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
Information from sign-in providers
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
2. Payment information
Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure systems and are not stored by ATSSON. For Cash on Delivery orders we only record the payment status.
3. How we use your information
- To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and customer support requests.
- To create and manage your account and remember your cart and wishlist.
- To prevent fraud, verify Cash on Delivery orders and keep our website secure.
- To send you newsletters and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our products, website and service.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Courier and logistics partners: your name, phone number and delivery address, so they can deliver your order.
- Payment partner (Razorpay): to process your payment and refunds.
- Website hosting, email and IT service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, keep the site secure and understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as the cart, checkout and wishlist, may not work properly without them.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil your orders, handle returns and support, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
Our website uses secure (HTTPS) connections, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update inaccurate data;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent to marketing messages.
You can update most of your details from My Account. For anything else, write to us at info@atsson.com.
9. Children
Our website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
